At The Handmade Era, each piece is slow-crafted with love and intention. Every dinosaur is hand-painted—meaning no two are identical—and subtle variations like brush strokes or tiny imperfections are part of what makes each one feel truly special.

Before placing your order, please note the following:

• All sales are final once the item has shipped.
• We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or change-of-mind purchases.
• Custom or personalised items (including commissions or any altered at your request) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
• In the event a return is approved, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.
