Each item from The Handmade Era is handmade, packaged with intention, and shipped with care. Because quality takes time, we aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 business days unless stated otherwise on the product listing.

📦 Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are typically packed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
• During collection launches or holiday periods, dispatch times may extend slightly—but we’ll always communicate clearly if so.
• You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking (if applicable) once your order has been sent.

🌍 Shipping Methods & Delivery

• We currently ship to the UK (and may expand internationally soon!).
• Standard shipping is via [Royal Mail or appropriate courier]—delivery times vary by location but usually take 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• If you need something sooner, please get in touch before ordering and we’ll do our best to help.

✨ Packaging

All items are carefully wrapped, cushioned, and placed in recyclable kraft boxes or envelopes, with a handmade cotton pouch for dino figures. We aim to make every unboxing feel special!

📮 Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be held responsible for orders sent to the wrong location if the shipping information was entered incorrectly.
